Refund and Return Policy

At Deckra, we take pride in the quality and precision of our 3D-printed studio gear stands. Because each item is manufactured on demand specifically for your order, we have established the following guidelines:

1. Returns & Exchanges We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the stand must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception. As 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process, minor surface textures are normal. However, if the item is structurally defective, cracked, or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at info@deckragear.com with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement right away.

3. Non-Returnable Items Please note that custom-designed stands (orders where specific dimensions or modifications were requested outside of our standard catalog) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

4. Return Shipping To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
