1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Inkognito Events. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Inkognito Events. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

2. BUSINESS DISCLOSURE (UAE COMPLIANCE)

In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 regarding Modern Technology-based Trade, the following information is provided:

3. NATURE OF PRODUCTS: 3D PRINTING & MANUFACTURING

All products sold by Inkognito Events are manufactured on-demand using additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology.

Aesthetic Variance: You acknowledge that 3D-printed items have a unique surface finish. Visible layer lines, minor surface textures, and slight color variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Material Limitations: Our products are primarily made from PLA+ or specialized filaments. These materials are intended for indoor studio use and may warp or degrade if exposed to high heat (above 50°C), such as being left in a car during the UAE summer. We are not liable for heat-related damage.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (EQUIPMENT SAFETY)

Inkognito Events provides equipment stands as organizational accessories only.

No Liability for Equipment: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Inkognito Events shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage to electronic equipment (including but not limited to DJ controllers, synthesizers, mixers, or laptops) resulting from the use of our stands.
User Responsibility: The user assumes all risk and responsibility for ensuring their equipment is placed securely on the stand. It is the user's responsibility to verify that the stand is placed on a stable, level surface and that the equipment does not exceed the recommended weight limits for the specific model.
No Warranty for Stability: While we design our products for stability, we do not guarantee that equipment cannot be knocked over or fall due to improper placement, external force, or vibrations.

5. MANUFACTURING & SHIPPING (UAE & INTERNATIONAL)

Processing Time: Since we print to order, please allow 1–2 business days for manufacturing before your item is dispatched.
Carriers: Domestic deliveries are managed via eShipper. International deliveries are managed via eShipper/DHL Express.
Title of Goods: Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. CUSTOMER REVIEWS & CONDUCT

Users are encouraged to leave honest reviews. However, in accordance with UAE Cybercrime laws, any content that is defamatory, libelous, or offensive toward Inkognito Events or other users will be removed, and your account may be terminated.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
