Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Deckra. All our studio gear stands are 3D printed on demand at our facility in the UAE. This allows us to ensure the highest quality while maintaining a sustainable, low-waste manufacturing process.

1. Order Processing (Printing Time)

Because each item is custom-printed for you, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be manufactured and quality-checked before it is dispatched.

• Orders are processed Sunday–Thursday.

• Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will begin the printing process on Sunday.

2. Domestic Shipping (UAE)

For all deliveries within the UAE, we utilize eShipper and their local courier network.

• Transit Time: 1–2 working days after processing.

• Service: Standard Door-to-Door Delivery.

3. International Shipping

To provide our global customers with the fastest and most reliable service, international orders are managed through eShipper and delivered worldwide via DHL Express.

• Carrier: All international shipments are handled by DHL.

• Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Express).

• Tracking: Once your order is printed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from eShipper that allows you to monitor your package via the DHL network.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that Deckra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Deckra is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
